If needed, we'll help you find potential financial assistance options for your prescribed Pfizer Oncology medicine, regardless of your insurance coverage. This applies to patients who are eligible and cannot afford to pay for their medicine.
Resources for eligible patients with commercial, private, employer, or state health insurance marketplace coverage:
Eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as little as $0 per month for their Pfizer Oncology treatment. Limits, terms, and conditions apply.* Patients may receive up to $10,600 per product in savings annually.
*Patients are not eligible to use this card if they are enrolled in a state or federally funded insurance program, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs health care, a state prescription drug assistance program, or the Government Health Insurance Plan available in Puerto Rico.

We can assist patients with searching for financial support from alternate funding resources, which may include financial assistance through Extra Help, a Medicare Part D Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) program.
If support from alternate funding resources or Medicare Extra Help is not available, Pfizer Oncology Together will see if patients are eligible for the Pfizer Patient Assistance Program, † which can provide prescribed Pfizer Oncology medicines for free.

When someone you love is diagnosed with cancer, your support can make a real difference. These tips and resources can help you feel more prepared and connected as you move forward together.
If you are going to your loved one's appointments with them, it is helpful to take notes, ask questions, and meet the doctor and healthcare team. The Conversation Guide may help you prepare.
Your loved one will receive a lot of information. Have a folder or binder to help keep track of medicines, insurance information, appointments, test results, and questions to ask the doctor.
Your loved one may be concerned that reporting side effects may stop or interrupt their treatment. It is important to let the doctor know about side effects right away.
You may want to encourage your loved one to use the Treatment Journal to record and reflect on their experience.

ALK+ mNSCLCALK+ mNSCLCALK+ mNSCLC stands for anaplastic lymphoma kinase–positive (ALK+) metastatic non–small cell lung cancer.. To provide the best support as a care partner, you must also care for yourself.
Reach out to others. Talk to other people about what you are going through as a care partner. Consider reaching out to a social worker, psychologist, or community leader who can help you cope and provide guidance during this challenging time.
Join a support or advocacy group. Share experiences and gain strength from others in the lung cancer community. These groups can provide important tools and useful resources. Some advocacy groups are listed above.

If you get serious side effects during treatment, your healthcare provider may change your dose, temporarily stop, or permanently stop treatment with LORBRENA.
Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Taking LORBRENA with certain other medicines may increase your risk of side effects and may affect the way LORBRENA or the other medicines work.
Know the medicines you take. Keep a list of them to show to your healthcare provider and pharmacist when you get a new medicine.
Do not take LORBRENA if you take certain other medicines called strong CYP3A inducers. Ask your healthcare provider for a list of these medicines if you are not sure.
LORBRENA may cause decreased fertility in males, which may affect your ability to have children. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have concerns about fertility.
